OnePlus 8 Pro with 6.78-inch Quad HD+ 120Hz Fluid AMOLED display, Snapdragon 865, quad rear cameras announced

OnePlus just announced the OnePlus 8 Pro, the company’s latest flagship smartphone and the successor of last year’s OnePlus 7T Pro in an online launch event, as it had promised. It has a 6.78-inch FHD+ Fluid AMOLED edge-to-edge display, 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10+, and a 20:9 aspect ratio and a 16-megapixel in-screen camera with Sony IMX471 sensor. It has dedicated MEMC chip that transforms standard videos at 24fps up to 120 fps. The company says that it is ideal for watching sports and action-packed content since MEMC reduces motion blur, stuttering, and ghosting for unmatched clarity.  It has HDR 10+ support, tuned color accuracy rating of JNCD around 0.4. OnePlus 8 with 6.55-inch FHD+ Fluid AMOLED 90Hz display, Snapdragon 865, up to 12GB RAM announced

OnePlus just announced the OnePlus 8, the company’s latest flagship smartphone and the successor of last year’s OnePlus 7T in an online launch event, as it had promised. It has a 6.55-inch FHD+  Fluid AMOLED display, 90Hz refresh rate, HDR10+, and a 20:9 aspect ratio and a 16-megapixel in-screen camera with Sony IMX471 sensor. It has HDR 10+ support, tuned color accuracy rating of JNCD around 0.4 for life-like quality. OnePlus says that it has 4096 levels of auto brightness control and has A+ Display rating from DisplayMate. The OnePlus 8 has 3D Corning Gorilla Glass protection, is powered by Octa-Core Snapdragon 865 SoC with X55 5G modem that supports both NSA and SA 5G, up to 12GB of RAM, and runs Android 10.0 with OxygenOS 10. OPPO A92s 5G with 6.57-inch FHD+ 120Hz display, MediaTek Dimensity 800, quad rear cameras, dual front cameras gets certified

OPPO is all set to introduce A92s, the company’s upcoming mid-range 5G phone in China, as it has been certified by TENAA. It reveals a 6.57-inch FHD+ LCD screen, which is said to come with 120Hz refresh rate, punch-hole screen houses a 16MP camera as well as a 2MP depth sensor, 2GHz Octa-Core SoC, which according to Geekbench is MediaTek Dimensity 800 7nm SoC that was introduced earlier this year, but this is contradictory since the chip only supports up to 90Hz refresh rate, according to the official site. Nubia RedMagic 5G with 6.65-inch FHD+ 144Hz AMOLED display, Snapdragon 865 pre-orders begin, global roll out from April 21

ZTE’s nubia brand announced the RedMagic 5G, the company’s latest flagship smartphone last month. Today it has started pre-orders for the phones on redmagic.gg at $579 (Rs. 44,210 approx.) / €579 / £539 for the 8GB RAM with 128GB storage version and the 12GB RAM with 256GB storage version costs $649 (Rs. 49,540 approx.) / €649 / £599. LG Folder 2 4G dual-screen flip phone with SOS key, AI Voice Service announced

LG has announced Folder 2, the company’s latest Android flip phone and the successor of the first Folder that was introduced back in 2018. It has a 2.8-inch QVGA screen when you flip open and there is also a 0.9-inch mono screen on the front to quickly view notifications such as text messages, calls, time, battery life and signal status. The phone also has T9 keypad along with SOS Key on the back that lets you call a preregistered number by pressing three times quickly within 1.5 seconds. OPPO Enco W31 Noise Cancelling Low-latency True Wireless Earbuds announced

OPPO has introduced Enco W31, the company’s latest true wireless earphones in China along with the Ace2, as it had promised. It has 7mm drivers that promises dynamic bass, Bluetooth 5.0 support and has IP54 ratings for protection against sweat and splashes. It has low-latency as low as 94ms for both the ears and 47ms for single ear, has dual microphones with AI noise reduction and has touch controls for volume and music control. OPPO Ace2 5G with 6.5-inch FHD+ 90Hz AMOLED display, Snapdragon 865, up to 12GB RAM announced

OPPO just announced Ace2, the company’s latest 5G smartphone at an event in China, as it had promised. It has a 6.5-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with 91.7% screen-to-body ratio, 90Hz refresh rate and 180Hz touch sampling rate, is powered by Snapdragon 865 with up to 12GB of RAM, comes with 4D cooling that includes carbon fiber and vapor cooling chamber. It runs Android 10 with ColorOS 7.1 on top.

Lenovo Legion Gaming phone confirmed to feature 90W fast charging

Lenovo has been teasing its Legion Gaming phone for the past few months. Today it has confirmed 90W fast charging support for the phone, which will be faster than the OPPO’s 65W SuperVOOC Flash Charge that can charge 4000mAh battery on Reno Ace in 27 minutes and Black Shark 3’s 65W fast charging that can charge 4720mAh battery in 38 minutes. LG’s upcoming smartphone will feature new design with front-back symmetrical curves, Raindrop camera [Update: LG VELVET]

Update: LG has confirmed that the phone will be called ‘LG VELVET’ that will emphasize distinctive designs and “tactile” elegance to set itself apart. It will be the first LG device to implement the company’s new branding strategy for its mobile devices, moving away from alphanumerical designations in favor of familiar and expressive names. LG says that the name “velvet” is intended to evoke images of lustrous smoothness and premium softness, two key characteristics of the new phone.

LG has silently introduced Style3 (L-41A), the company’s latest smartphone in Japan. It packs a 6.1-inch Quad HD+ OLED display, runs Android 10, comes with a 48-megapixel rear camera along with a 5-megapixel camera, rear-mounted fingerprint scanner, is water and dust proof with IP68 ratings along with Military grade durability and packs a 3500mAh battery, but it is powered by two year old Snapdragon 845 SoC. Apple and Google are collaborating for COVID-19 contact tracing iOS and Android apps, Bluetooth-based platform

JioPOS Lite lets individuals become Jio Partner and earn for recharges

Few days back Reliance Jio launched JioPOS Lite, an app that lets anyone become a Jio Partner and start earning for doing Jio recharges for others. Jio says that this doesn’t require any documentation or verification. You just have to fill your details, submit documents and register online.
