ZTE’s nubia brand announced the RedMagic 5G, the company’s latest flagship smartphone last month. Today it has started pre-orders for the phones on redmagic.gg at $579 (Rs. 44,210 approx.) / €579 / £539 for the 8GB RAM with 128GB storage version and the 12GB RAM with 256GB storage version costs $649 (Rs. 49,540 approx.) / €649 / £599.
It will be available in EU (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden) and Australia, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Singapore, Indonesia, Taiwan, Macao can order the phone and it will be available in North America soon.
The company has also started REDMAGIC 5G BLUEPRINT pre-order event. Each day 100 custom terms can buy a RedMagic 5G Blueprint for $5.79. Buying the blueprint guarantees they can buy a RedMagic 5G on open sales day and is also a voucher worth up to $50 to save on their purchase. The voucher will be a code emailed to them and cannot be given away. The code will not expire and can be used after the open sales of the RedMagic 5G.
To remind you, the phone packs a 6.65-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with 144Hz refresh rate and 240Hz touch sampling rate, follow-up response time of 14.9ms, a sliding response time of 45ms, and a click response time of 32.2ms. The phone is powered by Snapdragon 865 with up to 16GB LPDDR5 RAM, comes with new L-shaped cooling pipe and new Active Liquid-Cooling with Turbo Fan 3.0 is 200% cooler from previous RedMagic phones and has increased the air flow volume by 30% and also features multilayer thermal graphite.
The phone users dual IC game Shoulder Trigger Buttons that have also been improved to have 300Hz touch refresh rate and down to 2ms touch delay. The phone has biometric In-screen Fingerprint scanner and comes with 64MP Sony IMX686 main camera, along with a 8MP wide angle lens, and a 2MP Bokeh lens, and a 12 MP front camera. It packs a 4,500mAh battery with 55W fast charging.
