It even launched a new micro site and asked for suggestions from users before finalizing a name for Android N. Now it has finally confirmed the name of Android ‘N’ as Nougat. vivo has finally announced its X7 and X7 Plus smartphones in China, as it had promised. The X7 has a 5.2-inch 1080p Super AMOLED display ultra-narrow bezels and the X7 Plus has a 5.7-inch 1080p Super AMOLED display with 1.75mm ultra-narrow frame. Both these have a unibody metal design, 16-megapixel front-facing camera with f/2.0 aperture along with soft LED flash, 4GB of RAM and a fingerprint sensor embedded into the home button that can unlock the phone in 0.2 seconds. Airtel launches service in remote towns of Arunachal Pradesh under Project Leap

According to nielsen MIUI users in India are 33% more active than average. MIUI 8 brings several new features and a new refreshed UI. Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 now supports Google Tango Augmented Reality technology platform

Today it has started taking pre-orders for the smartphone in several European countries – France, Germany, Italy, Spain and the United Kingdom. Europe gets only the 4GB of RAM with 64GB storage variant, unlike China that also has a 4GB RAM with 128GB storage version and a 6GB RAM with 128GB storage variant with force touch. LG VPInput app lets you control G4, G5 and V10 from your PC

LG has introduced VPInput, a new app for G4, G5 and V10 users that would let them access the smartphones from their PC. This requires the VPInput app on the phone and LG VPInput PC Program for Windows or Mac and uses Bluetooth to connect both. Unlike laptops, most of the desktop PCs don’t have Bluetooth support so you might need to get a Bluetooth dongle if you need to use this on your phone.
