Microsoft which recently renamed its cloud storage service as OneDrive has updated the Android app with several features. The latest 2.5 version of the app allows users to share files by inviting people, sending a link, or you can even send files to another app.

Xolo has released Android 4.4.2 (KitKat) update for the Q1000 Opus that was launched back in December last year running Android 4.2.2. This is the company’s first smartphone with a quad-core Broadcom chip in the Q CORE series and also its first smartphone to get the KitKat update. The company had released several minor updates for the phone since the launch. It released a minor update back in January to fix camera bugs.

Samsung started rolling out the Android 4.4 (KitKat) update for the Galaxy Note 2 last week France. The update is now rolling out for the Note 2 users in India. The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 got the KitKat update in January and the Galaxy S4 got the update in February. The Galaxy Note 2 got Android 4.1.2 update back in December 2012 and got the Android 4.3 (Jelly Bean) update directly, skipping Android 4.2, back in November last year. Microsoft has released much needed updates to its note taking app OneNote for iPhone. The latest update enables users to create new notebooks and sections from an iPhone and share. Prior to this, users could only read the documents and not create them. Users can also add, delete and rename sections.
