Samsung Galaxy S4 new renders surface, reveals design and specs

Samsung Galaxy S4 specifications surfaced last month along with an image, but the phone’s image was not clear to show the complete design. Now a new render has surfaced on twitter that shows the design of the Samsung’s next flagship Galaxy smartphone. Unlike the previous Galaxy S series smartphones, this doesn’t feature the home button or capacitive touch buttons below the display. Looks like Samsung would go the Nexus way finally. Samsung Galaxy S4 cases leaked recently, now the first image of Galaxy S4 has surfaced online showing the boot screen. According to SamMobile, the Galaxy S4 would not feature a Exynos processor and AMOLED display, instead the next phone in the Galaxy S series would feature a 1.9 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 and have a 4.99-inch Full-HD SoLux Display. Samsung to unveil Galaxy S4 at the Unpacked event on March 15 ?


Samsung would unveil the Galaxy S4 at a the unpacked event on March 15th, according to a recent report from SamMobile. Some of the earlier reports suggested that the next Galaxy S smartphone would be unveiled in March, and would go on sale in April 2013. According this report, the S4 would go on sale first in Europe and Asia in April, followed by America, Australia and Africa in May. HTC M7 with Sense 5.0 new images surface

New images of the HTC M7 has surfaced online. Unlike the previous render that surfaced last week, this is the image of the real hardware. These images might not be the final one since there is no FCC ID. There are also new renders of the phone that are created based on the phone’s design. Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 (GT-N5100) specs surface, might be announced at MWC

Samsung GT-N5100 that was spotted in GLBenchmark website last month has got a name. According to SamMobile, Samsung is planning to unveil the Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 (GT-N5100) at MWC 2013 next month. It would have a 8.0-inch (1280 × 800 pixels) TFT Super Clear LCD display and run on Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean). It would come with a 5MP rear camera and a 1.3MP front-facing camera.

Sony Xperia Tablet Z specs surface, 10.1-inch Full HD display, 1.5 GHz quad-core processor


Sony Xperia Tablet Z, the company’s new tablet is rumored to release soon, according to a new leak on Twitter. Sony unveiled the Xperia Tablet S last year at IFA, but the upcoming Xperia Tablet Z tablet is expected to come with high-end specifications including a 10.1-inch (1920 x 1200 pixels) WUXGA display, 1.5 GHz quad-core Qualcomm APQ8064 processor, water-resistant (IPX5/7) and dust proof (IP5X) body. Rumour : Facebook Looking to Buy Whatsapp

Reports indicate that Facebook might be in talks to buy Whatsapp in order to enhance its mobile credentials. Facebook’s main source of mobile income is from ads and it reported recently that 14% of it’s advertising revenue in Q3 2012 came from its mobile division.

Nokia Lumia 920 with PureView Press Image Leaked

This might be the Nokia Lumia 920 , the first Nokia Windows Phone to run on Windows Phone 8 and feature PureView Camera technology. When Nokia launched the PureView 808 running on Symbian earlier this year, it was not clear why Nokia would launch a Symbian phone with latest camera technology in 2012 when it’s primary focus was on Windows Phone . Looks like we should be seeing a Nokia Windows Phone with PureView Camera technology soon.The leak talks about a 4.5 inch Lumia 920 and we can see Carl Zeiss branding on the back . The lens and flash arrangement seems similar to the Nokia N9 and Lumia 900 and slightly different from the Lumia 800.The phone will mostly run on Microsoft Windows Phone 8. The same source which posted some photos of HTC’s upcoming tablet has now shared purported pictures of 2 upcoming Nokia Lumia smartphones. The image above points to Nokia Lumia 820 with a 4.3 inch screen. The handset seems to carry multiple colours ranging from the usual black and white to yellow, red, grey,blue and violet.

This tablet passed through the FCC last month, and several slides of the tablet surfaced last week revealing the specs of the Sony’s upcoming tablet. Sony Xperia Tablet with 9.4-inch display, Tegra 3 quad-core processor surface

Range of slides with the details about Sony Xperia Tablet has surfaced on XDA developers forum. According to the source who claims to working for Sony, this first tablet under Xperia brand and would come with aluminium splash-proof body, 9.4-inch (1280 x 800) display similar to the Tablet S but would be powered by Tegra 3 quad-core CPU. It would run on Android 4.0 or later (we can expect Jelly Bean) and would come with a 1MP front-facing camera and a 8MP rear camera. It would be 8.8mm-thick, 42% thinner than the Tablet S. Apple iPhone and iPad Mini Launch Event might be set for September 12

Multiple sources are claiming that the next big Apple product launch is about a month away. iMore is reporting a September 12th date for the event in which the new iPhone (iPhone 5) and a smaller version of the iPad (iPad Mini) will be launched. There have been multiple leaks of parts and cases related to new iPhone in recent weeks and the iPhone 4S is about to turn one this October.So the rumours might be pointing in the right direction.The new iPhone might go on sale on September 21st.

HTC One S gets Priced at Rs.33000 on TheMobileStore, June 8th release date

The HTC One S which is the younger sibling of the HTC One X might eventually launch India. The Qualcomm powered Android phone has got priced at Rs.33000 on TheMobileStore as spotted by folks at InstallorNot.I personally prefer the One S over the One X and I would call the One S the iPhone of the Android world. The handset has got a release date of 8th June on the retailer’s website.

HTC already planning Tizen devices according to Digitimes

You might have seen the Tizen Developer device  which is a Samsung phone running on the Tizen platform. Tizen is the joint venture between Intel and Samsung and the Operating System is expected to be ready this June with devices running on the Tizen OS expected to hit the market in the 2nd half of 2012.
