Panasonic has launched Eluga Icon, the company’s latest smartphone with 4G support in India. It has a 5.5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD IPS OGS display, is powered by a 1.5 GHz Octa-Core 64-bit processor and runs on Android 4.4 (KitKat) with with ICON UI. It has a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 8-megapixel front-facing camera.  It has dual SIM support and support for 4G TD-LTE 2300MHz (Band 40) and FDD-LTE 1800MHz (Band 3) for India. Ola secures $100 million in funding from Falcon Edge, valuation hits $5 billion

Ola has secured $100 million (Rs. 630 Cr) in latest round of funding from Falcon Edge, as per a TOI report. The online taxi aggregator has now reached a valuation of $5 billion.

OnePlus is quickly turning out to be a household name. It just took OnePlus about 12 months to become a hero from a zero.  The company’s marketing strategy with all the social media hype and of course, the invite system made sure that the demand was always soaring through the roof.

Vodafone brings back Double Data offer for pre-paid customers

Now the company has brought back the offer for its customers pre-paid customers as VodafoneDoubles‬ for a limited period. LG announces festive price cuts in India, G4 now starts at Rs. 40000, G4 Stylus available for Rs. 21000

LG has announced price cuts for the festive season in India. The LG G4 that was launched for Rs. 51,000 will be available at a best buy price of Rs. 40,000 for the Ceramic white variant and the Leather back variant will be available for Rs. 45,000. The  LG G4 Stylus that was launched at a price tag of Rs. 24,990 last month is now available for Rs. 21,000. These smartphones are available at even cheaper rates from online retail websites.
