After the launch of Moto G 5G earlier this week, the company has now confirmed the launch of Moto G9 Power smartphone in India on December 8th, and the phone will be sold on Flipkart. The company says that the phone will launch at a never before price. To remind you, the Moto G9 Power packs a 6.8-inch HD+ Max Vision screen with a 16MP punch-hole camera, is powered by Snapdragon 662 Mobile Platform with 4GB of RAM, 64MP + 2MP depth + 2MP macro cameras. After teasers Huami today confirmed that it will launch Amazfit GTR 2, GTS 2 and GTS 2 mini smartwatches in India this December. The GTR 2 will launch first on December 17th and will be sold on Flipkart and Amazfit India website. All the smartwatches feature an AMOLED screen, come with Heart rate sensor as well as and blood oxygen / SpO2 monitoring and come with GPS support. Google Emoji Kitchen adds over 14000 new combination options for custom emoji

Earlier this year, Google introduced a fun feature to the Gboard keyboard called Emoji Kitchen. With it, users could basically ‘cook up’ new customized emoji by selecting and combining two existing emoji, which would automatically be mashed together by Gboard. The feature has now been expanded with over 14000 possible emoji combinations, covering a wide variety of emotions.

Moto G series phone with Snapdragon 865, 5000mAh battery, dual front cameras surface

At the Qualcomm Tech Summit Digital 2020, Motorola President Sergio Buniac in a video said that the company will bring Moto G series phone powered by a Snapdragon 800-series processor for the first time in 2021. The video also showed a glimpse of a phone that looks similar to the Moto G 5G Plus that is connected to Lenovo ThinkVision monitor that supports DisplayPort Alternate Mode for video output over a USB-C cable. Apple said to release two new Macbook Pros with Apple Silicon and Mini-LED displays in 2021

Flipkart to partially spin-off PhonePe, valued at $5.5 Billion after raising $700 million

Flipkart has announced a partial spin-off of digital payments platform PhonePe. Flipkart acquired PhonePe as a mobile payment start-up back in 2016 and launched the services in the same year. After four years, PhonePe has crossed the 250 million registered user users and has over 100 million monthly active users (MAU). Global wearables market shipped 125 million units in Q3 2020; growing 35.1% YoY: IDC

According to the IDC, the global wearables market recorded a significant amount of growth during the third quarter of 2020 – 35.1% YoY, totally shipping 125 million units. The growth has been attributed to the many seasonal offers, product launches, and the COVID-19 pandemic. The top 5 companies for the quarter were Apple, Xiaomi, HUAWEI, Samsung, Fitbit and boAt.

After rumours, OPPO today confirmed that it will introduce new Reno5 series of smartphones — Reno5 5G and Reno5 Pro 5G in China on December 10th. The company has confirmed 64MP quad rear cameras, Reno Glow 2.0 glitter finish on the back in some colour variants. TENAA certification revealed AMOLED screen for both the phones, and these are expected to come with 90Hz refresh rate.
