Nokia announces C2-05 Slider Phone and X2-05 Music Phone

Nokia has announced two new phones of different form factors. The C2-05 is slider phone and the X2-05 is the Music Phone that audio output of 106phons. Samsung Galaxy R now available in India for Rs. 27438

Samsung announced Galaxy R that is the stripped down version of the Samsung Galaxy S2, this July. The phone is now available from Flipkart in India. Intel AppUp and the problem of content curation

Intel held its annual AppUp Elements conference in Seattle last week. Amongst the announcements including that of Tizen , one of the more relevant topics touched upon was content curation. The session led by Peter Biddle , GM AppUp Products , was a fresh look at the app curation model and how AppUp could innovate. The problem of app discovery is not one to be overlooked. To take an example , sorting through and finding the app you need from over 425,000 available on the iTunes store is a herculean task.

T-Mobile announces myTouch and myTouch Q

T-Mobile has announced two new phones, myTouch and myTouch Q, manufactured by LG. These phones run on Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) and features 1 GHz Qualcomm processor. These phones also has 5MP auto focus camera with LED flash and 720p HD video recording. The myTouch has 3.8-inch touch screen, front and comes with pre-installed Swype keyboard. Review : Jabra Freeway

Jabra is well known for its bluetooth audio systems. Recently the brand launched a new car hands free system dubbed the Freeway. We’ve had a chance to put it through its paces over the past few days. The Jabra Freeway is one of those gadgets which you don’t realize that you need till you actually use it. The speaker system is on the larger side but never feels obtrusive. The understated design definitely helps in this regard.

6th October 2011 will go down in history. Steve Jobs , the legend , is no more. Chances are that if you are reading this site you are interested in technology to at least a small extent. It is impossible for any man more so a techie to not be awed by the life of Mr. Jobs. The person was responsible for changing the game of the tech industry more times than anybody else.
