LG V20 launching in India soon at a price of Rs. 54999

LG is finally launching V20, its flagship ‘V Series’ smartphone in India soon. It will be available at Rs. 54,999 (MOP) and the MRP of the phone will be Rs. 60,000, according to Mumbai-based retailer Mahesh Telecom. The retailer has also revealed new assured exchange program that would let you exchange your old Samsung Galaxy S7 edge for Rs. 27,000 or the iPhone 6S 128GB version for Rs. 32,000. Lenovo today launched K6 Power smartphone in India, as it had promised. It was introduced at the IFA back in September, packs a 5-inch 1080p display, is powered by an Octa-Core Snapdragon 430 processor, has a fingerprint sensor and has a huge 4000mAh battery that promises up to 96.5 hours of music playback, 12.6 hours of web surfing, up to 13.6 hours of video playback, 27 days standby. Lenovo and Moto smartphone sales cross 13 million on Flipkart

Today at the launch of Lenovo K6 Power, Ajay Yadav, VP, Flipkart said that the online retailer has sold over 13 million Lenovo and Moto smartphones till date, since their partnership from 2014. Dial an Uber expands to 29 cities in India

Earlier in August, Uber had rolled out Dial an Uber mobile website that lets you book a ride without the need to download the app. This service was available only in Nagpur, Kochi, Guwahati, and Jodhpur. Coolpad has scheduled an event on November 30th to launch two new smartphones, Mega 3 and Note 3S in the country. The Coolpad mega 3 is expected to be a budget smartphone, while the Note 3S could be the successor of Note 3 that was launched last year. The company launched the Note 3 Plus smartphone back in May, and it recently launched the Mega 2.5D smartphone with 3GB RAM at a competitive price of Rs. 6,999.

Xiaomi India today announced that it has sold over 2 million smartphones in the country in the third quarter of 2016 for the first time. This is over 150% growth compared to the same quarter (Q3 2015) last year, said the company. Last week the company said that it had sold 1 million units of Redmi 3S and Redmi 3S Prime smartphones in just 3 months after launch in India on Flipkart. Indian handset makers propose to deal in old Rs. 500 and Rs. 1000 notes for mobile purchase

Various industries are feeling the heat following government’s decision of demonitization of currency and the mobile phone market is no exception. Following a 50% drop in daily revenue, Indian handset makers have proposed the government to allow customers to buy mobile phones with the old Rs 500 and Rs 1,000 notes, according to a latest report from Economic Times.

Lenovo PHAB 2 Plus Review
