YouTube is bringing some new tweaks to playlist management in the latest update. The version 5.9.0.10 now gets a contextual menu that provides quicker access to pre-existing features. An action overflow button will appear next to each result at the time of searching for a playlist.

Google has updated Google Search with a bunch of new features. The version 3.6 adds the ability for developers to deep link app information through Android’s linking API. However, these features require developers to implement them first within their apps. Additionally, the Search app hints at Google working on a hands-free mode. It would introduce a new interface for when you are driving to offer you a simple and less cluttered interface.

Acer has launched Iconia A1-830, the company’s new tablet in Iconia series in India in partnership with Flipkart. It was announced earlier this year and packs a 7.9-inch (1024 x 768 pixels) LED-backlit IPS display with 178 degree viewing angle and 4:3 aspect ratio, powered by a 1.6 GHz Intel Atom Z2560 processor with Hyper-Threading technology and runs on Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean). LG unveiled the LG G3, the company’s latest flagship smartphone with 5.5-inch Quad HD display back in May. It had Snapdragon 801 SoC clocked at 2.5 GHz and support for LTE-A up to 150Mbps. The company even launched the LG G3 Cat.6 in Korea with similar display, Snapdragon 805 and support for LTE-A up to 225Mbps. Today the company has launched LG G3 A, a new LG G3 variant with 5.2 inch IPS Full HD display and Snapdragon 800 processor, exclusively for Korean operator SKT. It is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core Broadcom BCM23550 processor with VideoCore IV GPU, but the CPU-Z says it’s clocked at 1.3 GHz. Now, according to a GFX Benchmark sighting, Motorola is expected to put more power into the successor of the Moto G. As per the leak it looks like the next Moto G will have a larger screen and bigger camera.

Asus launched the Zenfone series in India last month. These smartphones already got some minor updates soon after the launch for bug fixes, now the company has released a new over-the-air (OTA) update (V1.16.40.8_20140725_9834) for the Zenfone 5 and Zenfone 6 smartphones. This update improves the 3rd party app compatibility, stability of system UI and brightness of Flash LED when capturing photos. Check out the changelog below. Xolo launched the 8X-1000, the company’s latest smartphone with HIVE UI today for Rs. 13,999. Xolo Play 8X-1200, another top-end smartphone has been listed on the official website. It has a 5-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) Full HD IPS display based on one-glass-solution technology, powered by a 2GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6592T processor with Mali 450 GPU and runs on Android 4.4 (KitKat), but this doesn’t have HIVE UI like the 8X-1000.
