ColorOS 7 based on Android 10 global trial roll out begins November 26 – List of OPPO devices getting it

OPPO today launched the ColorOS 7 for the global markets, at an event in India, as it had promised. It also announced ColorOS 7 roll out details for several phones, and said that it will be based on Android 10. ColorOS 7 introduces a simple design with lighter icons that are easier to interact and lighter in vision. It brings new Soloop video editor, new DocVault apps, Three-fine screenshot, Music Party, AI Beautification 2.0, App Lock, Private Safe, Osense and lots more. OPPO launches ColorOS 7 based on Android 10 globally — Here are top new features

OPPO introduced ColorOS 7, the next major ColorOS update in China last week. Today it has launched the ColorOS 7 for the global markets at an evente in India. OPPO said that ColorOS is used by over 300 millions users across 140 countries and regions and in over 80 languages. Realme confirms Android 10 update roadmap, roll out begins in 2020 [Update: X2 Pro to get it in Q1 2020]

At the realme XT launch event the company revealed roadmap for Android 10 roll out for its smartphones. The roll out begins Q1 2020 and will continue through Q3 2020. The company did not reveal any details about the realme OS, but the Android 10 update will likely come with realmeOS. A recent report said that realme OS will be availble for all the realme phones,but the realme 1, realme 2, realme C and realme U series are missing in the roadmap. Twitter rolls out ‘Hide Replies’ feature globally

Update: November 22 — Twitter has started rolling out the hide replies feature globally so that users can choose to hide replies to their Tweets, after testing it back in July. Everyone can see and engage with hidden replies by tapping the gray icon that will appear on the Tweets. It has also posted things it learned during the test.

Sony confirms Android 10 update for range of Xperia smartphones, roll out begins in December starting from Xperia 1 and Xperia 5

Sony Mobile has officially confirmed the list of its smartphones that will get Android 10 update. This includes its flagship smartphones Xperia 1 and Xperia 5, which will get the update next month. Xperia 10, XZ2, and XZ3 will get the update in early 2020. Sadly, Xperia XZ, XZ1 and Xperia XA2 series are not in the list. RCS Messaging rolling out to all Android Messages users in the US
