Motorola announced the DROID 4 last month for Verizon. The release date leaked earlier this week, and now Motorola has officially announced that the device would be available starting February 10 from Verizon Wireless. The Motorola DROID 4 comes with 4.0-inch qHD (940 x 540 pixels) display, five-row slide-out QWERTY keyboard and is powered by 1.2GHz dual-core processor. It runs on Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) and has 8-megapixel HD rear camera with 1080p and 1.3-megapixel HD front-facing camera with 720p. Samsung has officially announced the White version of the Galaxy Nexus. Some online retailers in UK started taking pre-orders for the device early last month.
