Dropbox for Android update brings automatic media upload


 

Dropbox for Android has been updated to version 2.1 that brings new features such as auto media upload, up to 3GB of free space and more new features. The Beta version Dropbox with the bulk media upload and free storage was available earlier this month.
New features in Dropbox for Android v2.1

  • Automatically uploads photos and videos in the background using Wi-Fi or data plan
  • Up to 3 GB of free space for uploading photos automatically (in 500 MB increments)
  • Upload files of any size
  • Various performance improvements & bug fixes

Download Dropbox for Android from the Android Market for free. The auto upload feature would be available for iOS app soon.
