Huawei just announced P9 and P9 Plus flagship smartphones at an event in London, as it had promised. The main highlight of these smartphones are the dual 12-megapixel rear cameras with Leica SUMMARIT lenses and 1.25-micron pixels promising brilliant image quality in low-light conditions. It also has an independent depth measurement chip and proprietary hybrid-focus technology. These phones also have full manual control and RAW support. OnePlus One Android 6.0 Cyanogen OS 13 update in final testing stage

Few moths back OnePlus promised to roll out Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) update for the OnePlus One and the OnePlus 2 smartphones in Q1 2016. It released the OxygenOS 3.0 Beta based on Android 6.0.1 for the OnePlus 2 last week. Today OnePlus co-founder Carl Pei revealed that the Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) update with Cyanogen OS 13 is in final testing stage. OnePlus yesterday started rolling out Oxygen OS v2.2.1 OTA update for the OnePlus X smartphone, couple of months after it rolled out the OxygenOS 2.2.0 update. Meizu just announced m3 note, the successor of last year’s m2 note in China. It has a same 5.5-inch 1080p 2.5D curved glass display, is powered by an Octa-Core MediaTek Helio P10 processor and runs on Android 5.1 (Lollipop) with Flyme OS on top. It has a 13-megapixel rear camera with phase-detection auto-focus (PDAF) for fast focus in just 0.2 seconds and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. It is powered by a quad-core Spreadtrum SC9830 processor with four ARM Cortex-A7 cores clocked at 1.5GHz per core and has Mali-400 GPU.
