LeEco Le 2, Le 2 Pro and Le Max 2 with USB Type-C audio announced

LeEco today announced Le 2, Le 2 Pro and Le Max 2 smartphones at an event in China. The Le 2 and Le 2 Pro have 5.5-inch 1080p screens and narrow bezels. The Le 2 is powered by a deca-core MediaTek Helio X20 SoC and 3GB of RAM, while the Le 2 Pro comes with a deca-core Helio X20 or X25 processor and 4GB of RAM. The Le Max 2 has a 5.7-inch Quad HD display, is powered by Snapdragon 820 SoC and comes in 4GB or 6GB of RAM variants. All the have unibody metal design. Android N will support pressure-sensitive displays, deeper virtual reality integration

Google released Android N Developer Preview 2 last week that brought several new features, including launcher shortcuts, Vulkan API and Unicode 9 emojis. Launcher shortcuts lets developers to define shortcuts, which users can expose in the launcher to help them perform actions quicker. It will also support pressure-sensitive screens that are currently found in very few Android devices and will also offer deeper virtual reality integration for developers, according to new details.
