Snapeal is about to secure a major round of funding. Chinese e-commerce giant Alibaba Group Holding Ltd and Foxconn Technology Group are in advanced talks to jointly invest about $500 million in Snapdeal.com, according to Wall Street Journal report.

Airtel has launched their 4G LTE services in Karnal and Yamunanagar in Haryana, followed by Ambala last week. Airtel acquired 100% stake in Qualcomm AP’s India BWA licenses in Delhi, Mumbai, Haryana and Kerala circles last year. HDFC Bank has launched PayZapp, a SmartBuy portal and payment solution for HDFC Bank’s customers. The bank has partnered with leading e-commerce portals to offer additional discounts and exclusive deals on using the HDFC Bank payment options. It also provides easy payment solution and can be used as a mobile wallet as well. The company says that it is India’s first 1-Click payment solution. It is currently available for Android and will soon be available for iOS.
