LG has officially launched the G4, the company’s latest flagship smartphone in India. It packs a 5.5-inch (2560 x 1440 pixels) Quad HD Quantum display, is powered by a 1.8 GHz hexa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 processor and runs on Android 5.1 (Lollipop) with LG UX 4.0. It has a 16-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, Laser AF for fast focus, Manual mode with RAW image capture, OIS 2.0 and a 8-megapixel front-facing camera. Lenovo has sold 1 million 4G smartphones via Flipkart in India

Lenovo has announced that it has sold one million units of 4G smartphones in India on Flipkart till June 2015. This includes Lenovo A6000, A6000 Plus and A7000. The company launched the A6000 in India back in January, which was the company’s first affordable 4G smartphone to launch in India. It was later replaced by A6000 Plus, after Lenovo sold 3 lakh units of the A6000 in just two months after launch. Airtel launches 4G LTE trials in Delhi NCR

Airtel has launched its 4G LTE trails in Delhi-NCR, as expected. The National Capital Region becomes are the first in the country to get integrated 4G services that uses both 2300MHz TDD-LTE (band 40) and 1800MHz FDD-LTE (band 3). This will deliver the fastest 4G experience and superior network coverage, says the company. For existing Airtel customers, the company is offering a complimentary upgrade to Airtel 4G at same price as 3G. OnePlus slashed the price of the OnePlus One smartphone by $50 permanently earlier this month for purchases through the company’s global portal OnePlus.net.
