BSNL, Aircel, Vodafone and Rcom have joined Airtel and Paytm to offer free talk time and data to help their customers to stay in touch with their family and friends in flood-stricken Chennai. State-run BSNL said that it will offer free on-net local and STD calls as well as free data for 7 days for its pre-paid users.
