Sony just teased the launch of Sony Xperia M5 smartphone in India tomorrow, September 9th. It was announced last month and packs a 5-inch 1080p display, is powered by MediaTek Helio X10 Octa-Core SoC and runs on Android 5.0 (Lollipop). It has a 21.5-megapixel rear camera with 0.25-second Hybrid Autofocus, LED flash, 4K video recording and a 13-megapixel front-facing camera. The Z1, Z3 and now the Z5 have “compact” versions that cater to the people who still want smaller screens despite the entire market moving in a different direction. Sony unveiled the Xperia Z5 Compact with a 4.6-inch 720p display at the IFA, now a teaser image of the Xperia Z5 Compact Premium Hatsune Miku Special Edition has surfaced (Via), which will head to NTT Docomo in Japan. This will come with a 1080p display, instead of 720p display and will supposedly pack 4GB of RAM, instead of 2GB of RAM in the Z5 Compact. This is doubtful since the Z5 and the Z5 Premium have only 3GB of RAM. It is also said to come with a slightly bigger 2900mAh battery.
