Soloop video editing app for realme devices now available on App Market

ColorOS 7 that was launched last year came with a lighter UI, several new features, etc, and Soloop video editing app was one among them. Realme X3 5G with 6.57-inch FHD+ 120Hz display, Snapdragon 765G, 48MP quad rear cameras, dual in-screen front cameras certified

A new realme smartphone with model number RMX2142 has been certified by TENAA in China.  This could be released in as realme X3, successor of realme X2 that was introduced back in September last year. This reveals almost similar specifications as the realme X50 5G that includes a 6.57-inch FHD+ LCD screen with 120Hz refresh rate, Snapdragon 765G with up to 12GB RAM and support for built-in 5G stand alone and non-stand alone (SA/NSA) sub-6GHz networks, so it could also be called as realme X50 Lite in China. Update: April 17, 2020 – realme has started asking for feedback for display on its upcoming product in Rs. 20000 to Rs. 30000 segment powered by Snapdragon 8 series SoC (should be Snapdragon 855+ as rumored earlier). Users have to choose between OLED 60Hz or LCD 120Hz. The company is currently using 90Hz LCD and 60HZ OLED displays on its phones. realme announces Android 10-based realme UI Early Access for realme 3 and realme 3i [Update: Android 10 based realme UI 1.0 roll-out started for selected users]

[April 11, 2020]: realme has started rolling out Android 10 based realme UI 1.0 update to realme 3 and realme 3i users in India. The update comes as RMX1827EX_11_C.03 and weighs 2.46 GBs in size. Note that the update is rolled out only for the users who are selected for the early access program.

realme releases Android 10 based Kernel Sources for realme 3 Pro and realme 5 Pro

realme has been rolling out Android 10 based realme UI 1.0 to the eligible devices as per the official schedule. realme 3 Pro, realme XT, realme 5 Pro, realme X, realme X2 and realme X2 Pro have already received Android 10 based realme UI 1.0 update so far, the company will update realme 3 and 3i to realme UI 1.0 this month. realme has already started realme UI 2.0 development, confirms CMO

realme started off as an oppo sub-brand and soon after became an independent brand, but realme kept using oppo’s version of Android – ColorOS. The company later decided to introduce their own UI and finally announced Android 10 based realme UI 1.0 back in December 2019. realme UI brings an array of new features such as dual earphone connection, animated wallpapers, screen-off display, customizable icon shape, new charging animation, realme Share (cross-brand file-sharing technology) and more.

Realme 6 Pro Review: Good 90Hz mid-range phone, but for Rs. 16999?

realme launched the realme 6 Pro smartphone, successor to last year’s realme 5 Pro, which became popular after the price cut few months back.
