Microsoft has launched the Nokia Lumia 730 Dual SIM, the latest selfie-centric smartphone in India as expected. It was announced at IFA last month and has a 4.7-inch HD ClearBlack OLED display, powered by 1.2 GHz quad-core Snapdragon 400 processor and runs on Windows Phone 8.1 with Lumia Denim update. Microsoft has sent out invites for an event on October 1st, tomorrow for a press event in India. The invite doesn’t reveal anything, but the Lumia 830, the company’s latest mid-range smartphone and the Lumia 730 Dual SIM, its first selfie-centric smartphone are expected to launch tomorrow in India. Nokia India has started teasing some new device on Twitter with a selfie images, so Lumia 730 is likely to launch at the event tomorrow. Earlier this month, it was reported that Nokia is planning to to launch a free maps app on Android and iOS by the end of 2014. APK for the beta version of Android HERE maps was posted to Mediafire last week and was spotted by Spanish Android site El Android Libre.

Microsoft announced the Nokia 130 Dual SIM, most affordable Nokia phone with built-in video and music player along with the Nokia 130 last month. Now the Nokia 130 Dual SIM is available for sale from Snapdeal. It has a 1.8″ (160 x 128 pixels) TFT display, runs on Series 30+ OS, features FM Radio and Bluetooth 3.0 with SLAM that enables multimedia content sharing between phones equipped with Bluetooth.

Microsoft announced Lumia 730, 735 and 830 at IFA 2014. The company also announced a couple of accessories for Lumia phones. The first one is a Wireless Charging Plate DT-903 while the other one is a Lumia HD-10. It allows users to tap their phone on it and share their screen to other device.

Microsoft has announced Nokia Wireless Charging Plate DT-903, the latest wireless charging accessory. It uses Qi wireless charging standard to charge Nokia smartphones with wireless charging support, similar to the DT-900 charging plate, but this also includes Bluetooth 4.0 LE and NFC pairing support so that the LED light glows when it senses that phone needs charging.
