It has a 5-inch FWVGA display, is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core processor and runs on Android 5.1 (Lollipop). It has a 5-megapixel fixed-focus camera with LED flash and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera. The first Canvas Spark that was launched back in April has a 4.7-inch qHD display and a 8-megapixel auto focus camera. Micromax, Karbonn and Celkon to invest Rs 750 Cr to set up manufacturing unit in Andhra Pradesh

Homegrown smartphone makers are taking “Make in India” to the next level. Micromax, Karbonn and Celkon have agreed to invest Rs 750 Cr in order to set up a manufacturing unit in Andhra Pradesh, as per a report from The Economic Times.

Micromax‬ Canvas Nitro 4G E455, the latest smartphone in the Canvas Nitro series is now available from Indiatimes Shopping. It packs a 5-inch HD display, similar to first two Nitro smartphones, but this is powered by a 1.4 Octa-Core processor. Image of the retail box posted by Mumbai-based retailer Mahesh Telecom says it’s a Snapdragon 400 processor, which is weird since Snapdragon 400 is actually a quad-core 32-bit processor.
