HUAWEI has announced that it will introduce the Nova 5 series at an event in China on June 21st. The company is expected to introduce the Nova 5, Nova 5 Pro and Nova 5i smartphones at the event. The Nova 5i is said to be similar to the Huawei P20 Lite (2019) that surfaced last month, which has also been certified by TENAA with the model numbers GLK-AL00 and GLK-TL00 confirming the specifications.

Last month, Google announced that it has suspended some of its business operations with HUAWEI which includes a ban on using Google Services and Play Store. This has forced HUAWEI to develop its own operating system, and new reports suggest that the company’s new operating system will be called ‘Oak OS’ and it will likely to go official in August or September this year.

Google today announced that it has suspended some of its business operations with HUAWEI which includes a ban on using Google Services and Play Store. According to reports, the upcoming smartphones from HUAWEI won’t have access to Google services.
HUAWEI introduced the P20 Lite smartphone last year, and recently we have also seen the P30 Lite. Now the images of the P20 Lite 2019 edition has surfaced. This shows a punch-hole display, quad rear cameras, rear-mounted fingerprint scanner and a gradient back with an S-shaped curve. It also shows a plastic frame on the sides.
Huawei launched the Y9 smartphone in January 2019 and the smartphone features dual front cameras and dual rear cameras. Today, the company has silently announced the Y9 Prime 2019 smartphone and has a lot of resemblance to the recently-launched Huawei P Smart Z smartphone. HUAWEI just launched the P30 Pro, the company’s latest flagship smartphone in India, as it had promised. It was introduced at an event in Paris last month and packs a 6.47-inch Full HD+ OLED curved glass dewdrop notch display with ultra narrow bezels, is powered by an Octa-Core HiSilicon Kirin 980 7nm SoC with GPU Turbo 3.0 and runs on Android 9.0 (Pie) with Emotion UI 9.1. It has an in-display fingerprint sensor that is 30% faster than the Mate 20 Pro.

It has a 6.15-inch Full HD+ waterdrop notch display, is powered by Kirin 710 SoC with 6GB of RAM, GPU Turbo 2.0, runs Android 9.0 (Pie) with EMUI 9.0, has a 24-megapixel rear camera along with a secondary 2-megapixel secondary camera for portrait shots as well as 8-megapixel 120° ultra wide-angle lens.
HUAWEI at its Paris event introduced HUAWEI Watch GT Active and Elegant Editions, with an improved design and a new bezel pattern color compared to the Watch GT Sports and Classic Editions that were announced back in October last year and launched in India earlier this month. Even though the Watch GT Active comes with similar specifications as the previous generation including the same 14-day battery life, the Elegant Edition comes with a smaller 42mm case with ceramic bezel cutting.
