Asus unveiled the Padfone Infinity earlier this year at the MWC 2013. It had a similar design as the Padfone 2, but it came with an upgraded hardware including a Snapdragon 600 processor and full HD display. Now images Padfone Infinity A86 has surfaced that is expected to pack a Snapdragon 800 processor. As you can see in the leaked images, the phone would be completely white, unlike the current Padfone Infinity smartphone that comes in black color. Google Nexus 7 vs new Nexus 7 Benchmarks

Google released the new Nexus 7 manufactured by Asus last month. We brought you the review of the device recently, and here we managed to compare new and old Nexus 7 tablets in terms of benchmarks . The new Nexus 7 is powered by a 1.5 GHz quad-core Snapdragon S4 Pro (APQ8064) CPU and Adreno 320 GPU and has 2GB of RAM. The first Nexus is powered by a 1.3 GHz NVIDIA Tegra 3 GPU with 12 Core NVIDIA ULP GeForce GPU and had 1GB of RAM. The new Nexus 7 has a 7-inch 1920×1200 HD display and runs on the latest Android 4.3 (Jelly Bean) OS, we had also updated the old Nexus 7 to Android 4.3 (Jelly Bean). Let’s see how these two tablets perform in several benchmark tests.

Asus unveiled the Padfone Infinity, the third generation Padfone device back in Feburuary at the MWC 2013. It went on sale in Taiwan back in April. We brought you the unboxing of the device back in June and the benchmarks in July, here we have the complete review of the device. The Padfone Infinity has an optional Padfone dock similar to its predecessors that converts the phone into a tablet. Asus FonePad HD 7, MeMO Pad HD 8 and MeMO Pad HD 10 specifications surface

Specifications of the upcoming tablets Asus FonePad HD 7, MeMO Pad HD 8 and MeMO Pad HD 10 has surfaced online. The Asus FonePad HD 7 codenamed ME372CG ASUS, an upgrade to the current fonepad would have a 7-inch (1280 x 800 pixels) IPS display and run on dual-core Intel Atom Z2560 1.6GHz (Clover Trail +) CPU with PowerVR SGX544MP2 GPU clocked at 400MHz, The Asus MeMO Pad HD 8 codenamed ASUS ME180A would have Rockchip SoC and pack an 8-inch (1280 x 800 pixels) display, according to the leaked GFXBenchmark score. The high-end MeMO Pad HD 10 with the model number ME102A would be the cheaper version of the ASUS MeMO Pad HD 10. It would have a quad-core Rockchip 1.6GHz (graphics Mali-400 MP4) and 10.1 inche (1280 x 800 pixels) display. All these tablet would run on Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean). Google released the new Nexus 7 manufactured by Asus last month. We brought you the unboxing of the device last week, here we have the benchmarks of the device. It is powered by a 1.5 GHz quad-core Snapdragon S4 Pro (APQ8064) CPU and Adreno 320 GPU and has 2GB of RAM. The first Nexus was powered by a NVIDIA Tegra 3 GPU and had 1GB of RAM. We had already seen the Snapdragon S4 Pro chip in several smartphones including the Nexus 4 and the Sony Xperia Tablet Z. Let’s see how it performs on the new Nexus 7 with a 7-inch 1920×1200 HD display and the latest Android 4.3 (Jelly Bean) OS.

Next-gen Nexus 10 Tablet to be manufactured by Asus?

Asus, the manufacturer of the Nexus 7 tablets would make the next-gen Nexus 10 tablet, according to a report from Geek.com. Samsung manufactured the first Nexus 10 tablet that was released back in October last year. Back in July, Amir Efrati, a WSJ reporter tweeted that Google’s Sundar Pichai told him that new 10-inch Nexus 10 Android tablet (made by @Samsung) would come in near future. Now he says that the original tweet was badly worded, and the tweet actually meant currently made by Samsung and Sundar didn’t specify maker. New Nexus 7 2013 Unboxing

The all the new Nexus 7 2013 edition just landed at FoneArena and we thought we will bring you one of the first unboxings from India.The new Nexus 7 is priced at $229 and has gone on sale in the US and is expected to come soon to India but not in the immediate future.Like the previous Nexus 7 , this tablet is also manufactured by Asus for Google and sold by Google directly.The main highlights of the 2013 Nexus 7 are the design including the massive Full HD display and the change from a Nvidia Tegra 3 processor to a Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro processor. This Nexus 7 is the first Android device to ship with Android 4.3 JellyBean out of the box which is now also available for several other devices.

Google unveiled the second generation Google Nexus 7 on July 24th in the Breakfast with Sundar Pichai event in San Francisco. The Google Nexus 7 2 will initially be available in USA and will gradually roll out across the globe and will eventually come to India. Asus Fonepad with 1.6 GHz Intel Atom Z2460 processor, 32GB internal storage now available in India for Rs. 17999

Asus launched the Fonepad in India with 3G data support and voice calling capabilities back in April. Later the Fonepad was upgraded with a more powerful processor and 32GB internal storage in May. Now the new Fonepad is available from online retailer Flipkart. Apart from the processor and the internal memory, the new Fonepad has similar features including a 7-inch (1280 x 800 pixels) IPS display, 3-megapixel auto focus rear camera with 720p HD video recording, 1.2-megapixel front-facing camera and runs on Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean). We reviewed the first Fonepad back in May. New Nexus 7 announced with Full HD display, Snapdragon S4 Pro CPU and Wireless Charging starting from $229

Google announced the new Nexus 7 today at an event in San Francisco where the updated Nexus 7 tablet was one of the main highlights of the event. We have seen plenty of leaks of this device including an unboxing so not much was left for the official announcement except for the confirmation of the specs , the pricing and launch date.  The biggest difference on this Nexus tablet is the update Full HD screen which makes it the highest resolution screen on a 7 inch tablet and also crushes the competition especially the iPad mini. It is the first tablet to run Android 4.3 out of the box which we have covered separately. The new Nexus 7 is marginally thinner than the first gen Nexus 7 and lighter too. It is slightly narrower than the previous model. Another big change is the move from Nvidia Tegra 3 to a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor in terms of the internals. And yes it is still made by Asus. Best Buy, one of the popular online retailer in the U.S has put up the New Nexus 7 for pre-order at $229.99 and $269.99 for the 16GB and 32GB variants. Unboxing images and video of the device surfaced earlier today, now the images and the complete specifications of the tablet has been revealed in the official listing. It has a 7-inch display with a resolution of 1920 by 1200 10-finger capacitive touch screen IPS display with 178 degrees viewing angles at 320 ppi pixel density and scratch-resistant glass, powered by a 1.5 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro APQ8064 processor and runs on Android 4.3 (Jelly Bean). It has a 5-megapixel rear camera and a 1.2-megapixel front-facing camera. The device also has a LED notification light below the display and has soft matte finish on the back. Google is going to announced the New Nexus 7 officially later today. We had already seen several leaks of the device, now Android Police has posted the unboxing images and video and benchmarks of the ASUS-made Google Nexus 7 tablet. The tablet has a 7-inch display with a resolution of 1920 by 1200 at 320 ppi pixel density, powered by a 1.5 GHz quad-core Snapdragon S4 Pro APQ8064 and runs on Android 4.3 (Jelly Bean) (build JWR66N)out of the box. It is said to have a back made of matte soft touch plastic material similar to the Nexus 10. The CPU-Z details reveal that the tablet’s codename as razor. New Google Nexus 7 press shots leak again, shows off a new wallpaper

Earlier today evleaks leaked the press shots of the New Google Nexus 7. Now Android Police has leaked the press images of the tablet that shows off a new wallpaper. This might be the default wallpaper in the Android 4.3 says the website. Unlike the first Nexus 7 tablet, this has a LED notification light and a rear camera. It would also feature a SlimPort similar to the Nexus 4, but it lacks the pogo pins for the docking station that was present in last year’s Nexus 7. Looking at the leaked press shots, this tablet is also expected to come with a matte finish similar to the first Nexus 7.
