iTunes Match song limit to be bumped up to 100,000 tracks

iTunes in the iCloudApple was quick to get onboard the music locker service game when it launched iTunes Match back in 2011. As the name suggests, a music locker service lets you match or upload your own music to the company’s cloud storage and you can then stream the music from any supported device. Apple’s suppliers start working on iPhones with force touch technology

iOS 9 can temporarily delete apps to make space for system update

iOS has been notorious for requiring massive amounts of free space available on a handset before proceeding with a software update. This has traditionally proven to be a hindrance for users of iOS devices with low internal storage. Devices like the 16GB iPhone and iPad remain amongst the highest selling devices for Apple and with the limited amount of storage on offer, the devices invariably lack enough free storage onboard to facilitate the update. Apple said to be working on iPhone without the home button

It looks like Apple is planning to remove the home button from the next iPhone. A report from DigiTimes is stating that the company is working on a new iPhone design that would get rid of the physical home button.

The iPhone currently uses a physical home button that acts a menu button and also acts as a Touch ID fingerprint sensor. The company says it is developing a new in-house touch and display driver integration (TDDI) single-chip solution for the iPhone. Apple has filed a patent with USPTO for a new material that could be used for future iPhones. The composite material could be used to hide the antenna lines on the phone.

Apple announced Apple Music, its own music streaming service at the WWDC earlier this week. Apple started rolling out fourth beta of iOS 8.4 to developers recently that adds revamped Apple Music app. New popups for Apple Music sign up pages have started showing up for developers. It is even showing up for developers using the latest iOS 8.4 beta in India that reveals the pricing for individual plan as Rs. 120 ($2 approx.) per month and Rs. 180 ($3 approx.) per month for a family plan that provides service for up to six family members. iOS 9 code suggests improved front facing camera for new iPhones
