Apple has introduced its first Smart Battery Case for the iPhone 6s. Apple doesn’t reveal the battery capacity of the case, but it promises increased talk time up to 25 hours, Internet use up to 18 hours on LTE, and video playback of up to 20 hours when using the case. The case will also show intelligent battery status on the iPhone Lock screen and in Notification Center, so you know exactly how much charge you have left.
The case has soft elastomer hinge design, soft microfiber lining on the inside helps protect your iPhone and the outer body is made of soft silicone. It supports Lightning accessories, such as the Lightning to USB Cable (included with your iPhone) and works with the iPhone Lightning Dock, says Apple. It also fits the iPhone 6 perfectly.
Unlike the Silicone case that comes in a range of colors, the Apple iPhone 6s Smart Battery Case comes only in Charcoal Gray and White colors. It is priced at $99 (Rs. 6616 approx.) and is available from the Apple Online Store in the US.
