Huawei launched the Honor Holly smartphone exclusively on Flipkart back in October at a competitive price tag of Rs. 6,999. We reviewed the smartphone recently and found it a decent package in the price range. Today Huawei has announced that it will sell 12,000 units of Honor Holly smartphone on December 8th on Flipkart. The company said that it sold 10,000 units of Holly smartphones in 10 hours when it went on sale yesterday (December 4th). Micromax has launched Canvas Xpress, the company’s latest budget smartphone in the Canvas series exclusively on Flipkart. It has a 4.5-inch FWVGA screen, is powered by a 1.3GHz quad core processor and runs on Android 4.4 (KitKat). Xolo launched the Omega 5.0 smartphone for Rs. 8,999 earlier today. We already brought you the unboxing of the smartphone. Here we have the benchmarks. It is powered by a Octa-Core MediaTek MT6592M processor with 8 ARM Cortex-A7 CPUs clocked at 1.36 GHz per core. It has a Mali 450-MP4 GPU, comes with a 5-inch HD display and runs on Android 4.4 (KitKat) with HIVE UI on top.
