Shortly before it’s launch, the new Honor 6 was involved in significant marketing activity but Huawei, having faced criticism over handling of customer data in Europe and the USA, chose to market the Honor 6 as its own brand. Chinese manufacturer Huawei have been producing handsets for many years (both as white-label for companies and under their own name) but one area where the company has particularly struggled is adoption of devices bearing its name in European and American markets. Huawei Honor 6 Unboxing and First Impressions

Last week Huawei unveiled their latest attempt to crack the European market; dubbed the Honor 6, it’s something different from Huawei’s usual handsets and unlike the Ascend range, the Honor 6 (and presumably future devices in the range) do not come with Huawei branding. The Chinese manufacturer has previously suffered bad publicity in the UK and Europe – over allegations that it sends user data back to servers in China that the Chinese government can access – and the Honor 6 is designed to offer the complete Huawei package without any negative stigma attached.

Huawei Honor 6 with 5-inch 1080p display, Octa-Core SoC launched in India for Rs. 19999

Huawei has launched the Honor 6, the company’s latest smartphone in the Honor series. It was announced in China back in June and has a 5-inch 1080p display, powered by a Octa-Core HiSilicon Kirin 920 SoC and runs on Android 4.4 (KitKat) with Emotion UI 2.3 on top. It has a 13-megapixel rear camera with Sony sensor, LED flash and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera.

Huawei upcoming flagship smartphone codenamed Mulan surfaced on AnTuTu . Now the smartphones has been spotted in the wild in China and is expected to be launched as Honor / Glory 6. Specifications of the smartphone has also been revealed in the leak. According to rumors, it is expected to come with a 5-inch Full HD display, powered by a 1.3 GHz Octa-Core Kirin 920 processor, 3 GB of RAM, 13-megapixel rear camera and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera.
