LG to expand Google Assistant-equipped AI ThinQ TVs to more markets

LG today announced that the company would integrate Google Assistant on their 2018 TVs with AI ThinQ in the Q4 of 2018. LG also mentioned that it would be introducing the Google Assistant in seven more markets – Australia, Canada, France, Germany, South Korea, Spain and the United Kingdom with support in up to five languages. Facebook today has announced that it has banned ‘myPersonality app’ which was mainly active prior to 2012 on Facebook and failing to agree for audit. Since the app has shared information with researchers as well as companies with only limited protections in place, the company will notify 4 million people who chose to share their Facebook information with myPersonality that it may have been misused.
