Zen Mobiles launches UltraTab A100 running Android 4.0 for Rs. 6199

Zen Mobiles has entered into the tablet market with their UltraTab A100. It has 7-inch (800 x 480 pixels) capacitive touch screen display and is powered by 1.2 GHz processor with MALI 400 GPU. It runs on Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich). It has 1.3 MP front camera with digital zoom.

Emerging Finnish smartphone maker Jolla has partnered with Chinese distributor D.Phone to bring its devices to the very important Chinese market. D.Phone has the largest retail network in China and has strategic partnerships with China Unicom, China Mobile and China Telecom.

Samsung begins rolling out Android 4.0 tablet updates

Post the Android 4.1 announcement at Google I/O a few days back, Samsung has finally begun the Android 4.0 update roll out to its tablet lineup. Starting off with the Galaxy Tab 7.7, the rest of the devices still stuck on Honeycomb should get the update shortly.

VLC Player Beta for Android now available for Download
