NTT Docomo unveils 23 Mobile Devices, including 14 Smartphones and a Tablet
NTT Docomo has announced 22 new phones in Japan that includes 14 smartphones and 8 feature phones. They have also announced GALAXY Tab 7.0 Plus SC-02D tablet. They have also launched the dmenu portal that provides apps and DOCOMO’s popular i-mode content for smartphone and dmarket content store that would offer content, including movies, music, e-books and Android applications. If you happened to read some of the Nokia N9 reviews blossoming online as of late, you might have noticed that there is a general consensus from those who weren’t historically known for being gentle with the Finnish manufacturer, that the N9 is a wonderful marvel but that they wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Apple sells over 4 million iPhone 4S devices in 3 days
Apple just issued a press release that it has managed to sell over 4 million iPhone 4S devices in just over 3 days since it’s launch on Oct 14th. The iPhone 4S is available in just a handful of countries such as USA, Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Japan and UK. Apple also released the iOS 5 Operating system last week and it claims over 25 million users are already on iOS5. iPhone 4S At a Glance
Apple has released another addition to the iPhone series this year and they named it the iPhone 4S. As many of you remember the S indicates upgrades in hardware and software alike. In June of 2009 Apple made this very same bold move by releasing the 3GS which was a performance boosted 3G. Many claim to be “disappointed” by the decision yet the record sales disprove that claim abruptly. Whether you approve of the decision or not the 4S claims to be a faster, more efficient version of the wildly popular 4 released in June 2010. MTS launches International Roaming services and Dual Mode SIM card
MTS has launched International Roaming services for its prepaid subscribers enabling them to roam across 433 GSM networks in 231 countries. They have also launched a dual mode SIM card which would work both on GSM handsets while abroad and on OMH CDMA handsets while in India. MTS becomes the first telecom operator in the country to provide international data roaming for CDMA prepaid customers. Samsung Galaxy S and Galaxy S2 sales cross 30 million
The combined sales of Samsung Galaxy S and Galaxy S2 has crossed 30 million globally. The Samsung Galaxy S2 sales crossed 10 million this September which is quicker than any device in Samsung’s history, since its launch 5 month ago. The phone was launched in Korea this April and later launched in other Asian and European countries Worldwide. 1 million units of Galaxy S2 were sold in Korea in the first 30 days.
