This look way better than grey colored cards or the Google News & Weather app and acts as a full-fledged weather app compared to a small weather card. BlackBerry CEO confirms commitment to BlackBerry 10, new Android smartphone in 2016

Yesterday there was a report that said BlackBerry won’t launch any new smartphones running on its own BlackBerry 10 software in 2016 and could launch a couple of devices running on Android instead. Now BlackBerry CEO has confirmed that BlackBerry will continue to offer software updates for its BlackBerry 10 smartphones. He also doesn’t specifically say the company will be releasing any new BlackBerry 10 devices this year. Yesterday, there were reports that said Lenovo will phase out Motorola brand for smartphones. Later Motorola in a statement said, “Motorola Mobility continues to exist as a Lenovo company and is the engineering and design engine for all of our mobile products. However, for our product branding we will utilize a dual brand strategy across smartphone and wearables going forward using Moto and Vibe globally”. Samsung announces earnings guidance for Q4 2015

Samsung has announced earnings guidance for Q4 2015 and it looks like the company is on a road to recovery. The South Korean tech giant expects about 6.1 trillion Korean won ($5.1 billion) in consolidated operating profit which is based against 53 trillion Korean won ($44 billion) in consolidated sales.

Lenovo Vibe K4 Note receives over 2 lakh registrations, K4 Note VR Bundle registrations closed

Lenovo launched the most expected Vibe K4 Note smartphone in India earlier this Tuesday. On the same day it started registrations on Amazon for the standalone version at Rs. 11,999 and the Vibe K4 Note VR Bundle at Rs. 12,499. Lenovo has announced that the K4 Note has received over 2,00,000 Registrations in two days after the launch.
