Reliance Retail has launched Lyf Flame 5, the company’s latest budget 4G smartphone with VoLTE in the Flame, after launching the Lyf Flame 6 smartphone earlier this month. It has a 4-inch WVGA screen, is powered by a 1.5GHz quad-core processor, runs on Android 5.1 (Lollipop) and has a 2-megapixel front-facing camera, similar to the Lyf Flame 6, but this has a 5-megapixel auto focus rear camera with LED flash. BlackBerry Hamburg could be a TCL-made Android smartphone

Earlier in April this year it was rumored that BlackBerry will release two mid-range smartphones codenamed Hamburg (with full touch screen) and Rome (with a physical keyboard and a touchscreen) by the end of this year. A smartphone that was spotted on the Wi-Fi Alliance’s website is seen to be manufactured by China’s TCL that produces the Alcatel line of smartphones.

Asus launched the new Zenfone Max smartphone in India last month starting at Rs. 9,999. We already brought you the unboxing of the smartphone, here we have its benchmarks. It is powered by an Octa-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 64-bit processor that has four ARM Cortex A53 cores clocked at 1.50 GHz per core and other four Cortex A53 cores are clocked at 1.21 GHz per core. It has Adreno 405 GPU clocked at 550 MHz, packs 2/3GB of RAM depending on the variant, has a 5.5-inch HD screen and runs on Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) with Zen UI 2.0 .
