Huawei has silently unveiled Y7, the company’s latest budget smartphone in the ‘Y Series’. It was introduced as Enjoy 7 Plus in China recently, has a 5.5-inch HD 2.5D curved glass screen, is powered by an Octa-Core Snapdragon 435 Mobile platform, runs on Android 7.0 (Nougat) with EMUI 5.1, has a 12-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, PDAF for quick 0.3-second focus and an 8-megapixel front-facing camera. Xiaomi Mi Home store will expand to four more cities in India soon

Xiaomi just launched Redmi 4 smartphone in India. Manu Kumar Jain, the VP and MD of Xiaomi India also shared some more news about its upcoming Mi Home stores in India. Jain said Xiaomi Mi Home stores will be launching in four more cities in the country – Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad and Chennai.

OnePlus 3 and 3T OxygenOS beta update brings optimized power consumption, several fixes and more

OnePlus has started rolling out new OxygenOS open betas (Beta 7 for OnePlus 3T and Beta 16 for OnePlus 3) for the 3 and 3T phones that brings several fixes including fixes for duplicate Contacts, certain app crashes, some display issues with Dark and Light themes and more along with general bug fixes. The version that has been launched in India was introduced as Redmi 4X in China earlier this year, packs a 5-inch HD 2.5D curved glass display, is powered by an Octa-Core Snapdragon 435 SoC, has a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. Even though it runs on Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) based MIUI 8, it is offering beta test of Android 7.0 (Nougat) out of the box.
