Nokia 6.2 with 6.3-inch FHD+ HDR PureDisplay, 4GB RAM, triple rear cameras launched in India for Rs. 15999

HMD Global just launched Nokia 6.2, the company’s latest mid-range smartphone in India, as it had promised. The phone was introduced at the IFA and packs a  6.3-inch FHD+ Waterdrop PureDisplay that uses Dedicated Pixelworks visual processor to upscale video content to HDR quality in real time, with up to a billion shades of color, higher contrast and expanded dynamic range, is powered by Snapdragon 636 with 4GB of RAM, runs Android 9.0 (Pie), which is upgradable to Android 10. Google Maps adds detailed voice guidance feature for visually impaired

Google recently added automatic image descriptions for people with low vision in the Chrome browser. Similarly, now, Google Maps is rolling out a new feature that gives visually impaired people the ability to receive more detailed voice guidance and new types of verbal announcements for walking trips.

HONOR Vision and HONOR Vision Pro 55-inch 4K HDR Smart TVs launching in India on October 14

OnePlus 7T Pro McLaren Edition with 6.67-inch Quad HD+ Fluid AMOLED 90Hz display, Snapdragon 855 Plus, 12GB RAM launched in India for Rs. 58999

OnePlus just introduced the OnePlus 7T Pro McLaren Edition, along with the OnePlus 7T Pro at an event in London, as it had promised. It has a 6.67-inch Fluid AMOLED display without a notch, 90Hz refresh rate, is powered by Snapdragon 855 Plus Mobile Platform, but it comes with 12GB of RAM. It has Papaya Orange finish that races around the bottom edge of the device before fading into the black. The phone has a pattern underneath the glass back of the phone. Light streaks across the McLaren logo, illuminating and disappearing in an instant. The phone also comes with custom themes and custom wallpaper. There is also an exclusive alcantara case with honeycomb design.

OnePlus just introduced the OnePlus 7T Pro, the company’s latest flagship smartphone and the successor of last year’s OnePlus 7 Pro at an event in London, as it had promised. It has a 6.67-inch Fluid AMOLED display without a notch, 90Hz refresh rate, is powered by Snapdragon 855 Plus Mobile Platform with up to 8GB of RAM, liquid cooling and runs Android 10.0 with OxygenOS 10. The phone has a 48-megapixel rear camera with Sony IMX586 sensor and OIS, a 16MP 117° ultra-wide angle camera that can also shoot 2.5macro and a 8MP telephoto camera for 3x optical zoom. There is Nightscape Mode for both normal and ultra-wide cameras. OnePlus 6 and 6T series will get OxygenOS 10.0 Android 10 update this month, coming to OnePlus 5 and 5T series next year

OnePlus co-founder Carl Pei at the OnePlus 7T series launch event in Europe confirmed that it will offer OxygenOS 10.0 based on Android 10 will roll out for both OnePlus 6 series and OnePlus 5 series phones. The company rolled out the update for OnePlus 7 and 7 Pro last month, but it is yet to roll out widely.

Google Chrome’s latest feature now auto-generates image descriptions using machine learning. The images are sent to Google to create the descriptions and users also get the ability to turn image descriptions on or off. This AI feature is aimed at helping blind and low-vision users.
