OPPO Find X2 12GB RAM, 256GB storage variant listed on Amazon India ahead of launch; price hinted

Xiaomi Mi Browser and Mint Browser updated to turn off incognito mode aggregated data collection [Update: New changes]

Update — May 22, 2020: Xiaomi has updated their browsers again. Enhanced Incognito mode has been replaced with “Help use improve Mi Browser” which now clearly mentions that if you turn it on, it will share aggregated data stats in Incognito mode. This should clear the confusion among users whether to keep it on or turn it off. This is now reflected in Mint Browser and Mi Browser Pro downloaded from the Play Store. Preloaded Mi Browser on the phones should also receive the update soon.

Vivo X50 series to be announced on June 1; X50 Pro to feature gimbal-like 5-axis OIS

Update – May 22, 2020: Vivo has shared an image of the phone that confirms quad rear cameras for both the X50 and X50 Pro smartphones with a periscope lens in both. However, only the X50 Pro comes with gimbal-like OIS stabilization. It also shows a single punch-hole screen. The company already confirmed that it will be the first phone to feature the latest 50MP Samsung ISOCELL GN1.

KKR to invest Rs. 11,367 Crore in Jio Platforms for 2.32% stake

Reliance Jio today announced that KKR a leading global investment firm will invest Rs. 11,367 crore in Jio Platforms. This investment values Jio Platforms at an equity value of Rs. 4.91 lakh crore and an enterprise value of Rs. 5.16 lakh crore. Samsung India partners with Facebook to bring local offline retail stores online

Samsung India has launched yet another initiative that is aimed at creating an online presence for their offline Samsung retail stores. They have partnered with Facebook this time, to train Samsung’s offline partners to become part of an online ecosystem. With this initiative, Samsung aims to have customers purchase Samsung smartphones online via Facebook’s many services like Facebook, Messenger, Instagram and WhatsApp.
