After teaser about the Redmi gaming phone, the company today confirmed that it will introduce the Redmi K40 Game Enhanced Edition in China on April 27th. The launch invite shows a dedicated gaming switch on the side and a circle of LED lights around the lens module that glows when the button is pressed. You can also see the text Freezing and Speediest written next to the camera module which may indicate that the heat dissipation system is improved and the performance is better. Samsung now offers Pick-up and Drop smartphone service in India

Samsung has introduced a new contactless program for their smartphone customers in India – a Pick-up & Drop service when their smartphone needs repair. The company will also be offering a drop-only service for those customers who have given their phones for service at a Samsung authorized service center and only wants their phone delivered post repair.

Samsung Galaxy S22 will reportedly not feature ToF sensor due to lack of applications

Samsung has reportedly decided to stop including a 3D ToF sensor in their Galaxy S smartphone series, starting with the Galaxy S22 next year, according to a new report. The company made the decision to remove the sensor after they realised that the sensor was underutilized and did not spur the development for applications that took advantage of it.

realme today confirmed the launch of realme Q3 series of smartphones in China on April 22nd. realme China CMO Xu Qi Chase also posted an image of the back of the phone that shows a glowing “Dare to Leap” logo. He added that for the first time the company has used luminous materials with fluorescent colors. After fully absorbing sunlight, the words “Dare To Leap” on the back cover of the mobile phone will show a fluorescent effect like a firefly in the dark. OnePlus 7, 7 Pro, 7T and 7T Pro Android 11 update resumes with OxygenOS 11.0.0.2 hotfix

OnePlus rolled out OxygenOS 11 based on Android 11 to OnePlus 7, 7 Pro, 7T and 7T Pro last month. Soon after the roll-out it temporarily paused the update since some users reported bugs. DJI Mavic Air 2S with 1-inch camera sensor, 5.4K videos, new MasterShots feature announced

DJI, the company known for its drones, stabilizers has now announced its latest product – Mavic Air 2S which is a successor of the Mavic Air 2 that was introduced last year. The Mavic Air 2S has a one-inch sensor that is larger than the sensor on the original Mavic Air 2 and offers a larger pixel size of 2.4μm, capturing more information and detail for better photos and videos.
