Sony Mobile has announced the Xperia neo L (MT25i), their first smartphone to run Android 4.0 out of the box in China. It has 4-inch (480 x 854) TFT display and is powered by 1 GHz processor along with Adreno 205 GPU. It runs on Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) and has 5MP auto focus camera with LED flash and 720p video recording, secondary VGA video calling camera. The Zync Z-990 has 7-inch TFT Capacitive Touch Screen display and is powered by 1.2 GHz processor. It has 1GB RAM, 4GB in-built memory, which is expandable up to 32 GB. Sony Xperia S White version is now available in UK. Online retailer Colve UK has finally started shipping the White version of the device, including pre-ordered ones. Sony announced the Xperia S in January at CES 2012 and it went on pre-order in UK in mid-January.
