SanDisk today introduced the Extreme PRO microSDXC UHS-II card, which the company claims to be the world’s fastest microSD card with a transfer speeds of up to 275MBps. It features Class 10 and UHS Speed Class 3 (U3) and is suitable for capturing Full HD and 4K Ultra HD videos on action cams, drones and smartphones. Sony just announced Xperia XA, the company’s latest mid-range smartphone in the new X series at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2016 in Barcelona. It has a 5-inch HD curved glass edge-to-edge display, is powered by an Octa-Core MediaTek Helio P10 (MT6755) processor and runs on Android 6.0 (Marshmallow). It has a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, Hybrid Auto-Focus and a 8-megapixel front-facing camera. Xiaomi has finally announced that its Redmi Note 3 Pro smartphone will launch in India as Redmi Note 3 on March 3rd, at an event in Delhi.  It packs a 5.5-inch 1080p screen, comes with a metal body, has a fingerprint sensor on the back, is powered by a Hexa-Core Snapdragon 650 (Snapdragon 618 previously) processor and a 16-megapixel rear camera with f/2.0 aperture, LED flash and phase-detection auto-focus (PDAF), resulting in a quick focus of just 0.1 second. Lenovo has announced Vibe K5 and Vibe K5 Plus smartphone at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) in Barcelona. The K5 Plus has a  5-inch 1080p display and is powered by an Octa-Core Snapdragon 616 processor, so it is the international variant of the Lemon 3 that was introduced in China last month. The Vibe K5 has a 5-inch HD screen and is powered by a Octa-Core Snapdragon 415 processor. Both these run on Android 5.1 (Lollipop) with Lenovo’s own UI on top, have a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. HTC has announced Desire 825, the company’s latest smartphone in its 800 series at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2016 in Barcelona. It has a 5.5-inch HD IPS display, is powered by a 1.6GHz quad-core Snapdragon 400 SoC and runs on Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) with HTC Sense 7 UI on top. It comes with a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera.

HTC just announced Desire 530 and Desire 630, the company’s smartphones in the Desire 500 series and Desire 600 at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2016 in Barcelona, as rumored earlier today. Both these have a 5-inch HD screen, run on Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) with HTC’s own Sense 7 UI, pack 5-megapixel front-facing camera and have 4G LTE connectivity . The Desire 530 has a 8-megapixel rear camera, and is powered by a quad-core Snapdragon 210 processor, while the Desire 630 comes with a 13-megapixel rear camera and is powered by a quad-core Snapdragon 400 processor. LG G5 with 5.3-inch Quad HD always-on display, 4GB RAM, hardware expansion slot announced

LG has officially announced G5, the company’s latest flagship smartphone in the G series that packs a dual rear cameras and a hardware expansion slot. It has a 5.3-inch (2560 x 1440 pixels) Quad HD Quantum always-on display that lets you can check the time, battery status, and notifications without waking the phone. The display’s backlight only illuminates one small part of the overall display, so only 0.8% of the phone’s battery drains in a hour, according to LG. It is powered by a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor and runs on Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) with LG UX.
