Apple said to launch digital services bundles with lower monthly price

Epic Games sues Apple and Google for removing Fortnite from the App Store and Play Store

Epic Games’ Battle Royale game Fortnite has been removed from both the App Store and the Play Store over issues that both Google and Apple claim to violate their Store policies. The violation was caused due to a new payment solution introduced by Fortnite called Epic Direct Payment, and now Epic Games is suing Apple and Google for anti-competitive restrictions in their app marketplace.

HMD Global secures $230 million investment from Google, Qualcomm and others

HDM Global, the makers of Nokia smartphones, has announced that they have secured $230 million (Rs. 1715 crore approx.) in a funding round from their global partners including Google, Qualcomm and Nokia Technologies. This marks one of the largest funding raised by HMD Global in Europe in 2020 and it will be used towards realising HMD Global’s vision in smartphone space.
