Epic Games’ Battle Royale game Fortnite has been removed from both the App Store and the Play Store over issues that both Google and Apple claim to violate their Store policies. The violation was caused due to a new payment solution introduced by Fortnite called Epic Direct Payment, and now Epic Games is suing Apple and Google for anti-competitive restrictions in their app marketplace.

About a month ago, Apple released iOS 13.6 which brought multiple updates like support for Digital car keys and added features in the Apple News app. Now, Apple is rolling out a minor update to iOS and iPadOS, bringing the version count to 13.6.1. HDM Global, the makers of Nokia smartphones, has announced that they have secured $230 million (Rs. 1715 crore approx.) in a funding round from their global partners including Google, Qualcomm and Nokia Technologies. This marks one of the largest funding raised by HMD Global in Europe in 2020 and it will be used towards realising HMD Global’s vision in smartphone space.

Google has announced a new update to the app, adding two new modes, improved app navigation for better accessibility and also expanded the list of compatible devices.
