At the long awaited extraordinary meeting in Helsinki today, shareholders have approved the deal that will allow the sale of Nokia’s Devices and Services unit to Microsoft. The deal was met with near unanimous approval with close to 99.7 percent of holders agreeing with the sale. BBM now available on iPad and iPod Touch
BlackBerry has just pushed an update for the BBM app on both iOS and Android. While the Android app brings with it some bug fixes, performance improvements, most of the feature additions lie on the iOS side of things. Google Now update adds Waze traffic reports, KitKat features to older versions of Android
Google Now is a major part of the Android 4.4 KitKat update and some of these features are now making their way over to phones that run on a lower version of the smartphone OS.
