HP is apparently working on VoiceTab 6 Plus which has recently been spotted at GFX benchmark. The tablet will sport a 6 inch screen with 720p display and will be powered by Snapdragon 400 chipset with four Cortex A7 cores.

The Project Shield was Nvidia’s first portable gaming project, which turned out to be really interesting in terms of idea and concept, never took off as the company had imagined. The GPU manufacturer is back with a sequel, but with a different approach this time. The Shield 2, or rather, the Nvidia Shield Tablet, is the company’s latest unbundled approach to portable gaming. Acknowledging the reality of limited controller support in Android games and the need to cater to a wider audience, the company has gone for a powerful tablet + gamepad combo. The gamepad ships separately, but even standalone, the tablet is plenty powerful and can interface with your current controller setup if needed. After the iPad happened, Samsung was the first company to release a 7 inch tablet that could make calls. A new form factor was born, and a long time has passed since then. Amazon announced 7-inch and 8.9-inch Kindle Fire HDX tablets with Snapdragon 800 chips last September. Now a new 8.9-inch Kindle Fire HDX tablet with Snapdragon 805 has surfaced on AnTuTu database. According to the listing, it would be powered by a 2.5 GHz quad-core Snapdragon 805 GPU with Adreno 420 GPU and run on Android 4.4.4 (KitKat) with Fire OS on top. Samsung launched the Galaxy Tab S 10.5, the company’s latest flagship tablet in the Tab S range in India earlier this month. LG has introduced Tab Book (11TA740-GA50K), the company’s latest Android convertible. It is a variant of the Tab Book 2 with Windows 8.1 that was unveiled earlier this year at the CES. It has the same 11.6-inch (1920 × 1080 pixels) full HD display, powered by a 2.6GHz 4th Gen Intel Core i5 4200U processor with Intel HD Graphics 4400, but this runs on Android 4.2.2 (Jelly Bean). After several leaks Samsung has finally made the Samsung Galaxy TabQ official in China. It was unveiled as Galaxy W in Korea last month and has similar specifications, including a 7-inch (1280×720 pixels) TFT display, 1.2 GHz quad-core processor, 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera.
