ARCHOS, the French brand has introduced Diamond Tab, the latest tablet ahead of IFA 2015. It has 7.9-inch (2048 × 1536 pixels) display at 326 ppi, similar to the Nokia N1 and the Xiaomi Mi Pad, is powered by an Octa-Core Mediatek MT8752 64-it processor and runs on Android 5.1 (Lollipop). Swipe technologies has launched Swipe ACE, the company’s latest Android tablet. It has a 6.95-inch (1024 x 600 pixels) IPS display, is powered by a quad-core 1.3 GHz processor and runs on Android 4.4 (KitKat). It comes with a 5-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera. It has dual SIM support, 3G connectivity and voice calling capabilities. However the Acer Predator 8, which is a gaming tablet announced during Computex in Taiwan earlier this year should have no such problem. Global tablet market declined 4% in Q2, 2015, compared to the previous quarter with shipments totaling 44.7 million units, as per a latest from the International Data Corporation (IDC) Worldwide Quarterly Tablet Tracker.

Samsung launched the Galaxy Tab E (SM-T561) in India last month at a price tag of Rs. 16,900. We brought you the unboxing of the tablet recently, here we have the benchmarks. It powered by a quad-core Spreadtrum (SC7730) SoC that has four ARM Cortex-A7 CPUs clocked at 1.3 GHz per core and Mali-400 GPU.
