Apple has updated both 13-inch Macbook Pro with Retina display with faster fifth generation processor, Intel Iris Graphics 6100, new Force Touch trackpad, two times faster flash and longer battery life. It has also updated 11-inch and 13-inch MacBook Air with fifth generation Intel Core processors, Intel HD Graphics 6000, and Thunderbolt 2. The 13-inch MacBook Air also gets two times faster flash. It was introduced as Droid Turbo back in October last year for Verizon Wireless in the U.S, later it was launched as Moto Maxx for global markets. Samsung has started rolling out Android 5.0 (Lollipop) update for the Galaxy Note 3 (SM-N900) smartphone in India. It rolled out Android 4.4 (KitKat) update for the smartphone back in January last year. Samsung started rolling out Lollipop update for Galaxy S5, Galaxy S4 and Galaxy Note 3 users in some regions last month. The Galaxy S4 got the Android 5.0.1 Lollipop update in India last month. Apple has increased the price of the iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus and the iPhone 5S smartphones in India. The increase price could be the result of increase in excise duty on mobile phones imported into India, which was increased to 12.5% from existing 6% in the recent Union Budget.
