Micromax Canvas Gold A300 went on sale online last week priced at Rs. 23999. Now the smartphone is available on Flipkart for  Rs. 20,999 for the Gold variant. The White with Gold variant comes at a slightly higher price tag. The Canvas Gold  has a 5.5-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) IPS display, powered by a 2 GHz octa-core processor and runs on Android 4.4 (KitKat). LG F70 with LTE gets priced on official India website at Rs. 19500

LG F70 started rolling out globally globally in May, few months after if was announced at the MWC 2014. Not the smartphone has been listed on official LG India website with a price tag. It has a 4.5-inch WVGA display, powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor and runs on Android 4.4 (KitKat). It has a 5-megapixel rear camera and a 0.3-megapixel (VGA) front-facing camera. It is the company’s first mid-range smartphone with LTE support. It comes with tri-band LTE connectivity, including the 2300 MHz LTE (Band 40).

The Q900s has a 4.7-inch HD display, powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 (MSM 8212) processor with Adreno 302 GPU, a 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera. Samsung India has just sent out press invites for the launch of Galaxy Tab S series in India on July 1st. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4 and the Galaxy Tab S 10.5 that were announced couple of weeks back comes with a 8.4-inch and 10.5-inch Super AMOLED displays at high WQXGA resolution, Android 4.4 (KitKat) and have Adaptive Display. These have 6.6mm slim profile. UberX cheaper version of Uber now in India

Uber entered India last year and is currently available in six cities – New Delhi, Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore, Mumbai and Pune. Uber has launched uberX, a low-cost Uber service cheaper than the UberBLACK in India. This service is currently available in Delhi, Bangalore and Hyderabad. The base fare is just Rs.40 or Rs. 50 depending on the city. Rate per minute and kilometer is also cheaper in uberX compared to UberBLACK. Xiaomi reportedly partners with Flipkart to launch two smartphones in India in July

Xiaomi would partner with online retailer Flipkart to launch its smartphones in India, according to a report from BGR India. The company is selling its smartphones in other countries through its own online stores. Motorola tied up with Flipkart to sell the Moto G and Moto E in India. Flipkart imported the Motorola devices, but Xiaomi will import the smartphones and Flipkart would sell them, according to the report.
