After launching the Gboard keyboard in the U.S. last month, Google launched the keyboard app in UK, Australia, Canada and Ireland last Friday. Today it has finally launched the app for Indian users, after a slight delay. Gboard lets you search and send information, GIFs, emojis and more. Indian Railways, RailTel and Google have launched free WiFi in four of India’s largest stations – Sealdah, Lucknow Jn, Lucknow and Gorakhpur Jn. Kingston has launched its affordable UV400 Solid State Drive in India. It is powered by a four-channel Marvell controller that promises read speeds of up to 550MB/s and write speeds of up to 500MB/s, and is 10x faster than a 7200RPM hard-disk drive (HDD). “Rugged and more reliable and durable than a hard drive, UV400 is built using Flash memory so it’s shock and vibration-resistant and less likely to fail than a mechanical hard drive,” said the company.

It has a 5-inch HD screen, is powered 1.3GHz quad-core processor, runs on Android 5.1 (Lollipop) with Sail UI, 8-megapixel rear camera with dual LED flash and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. Xiaomi’s VP just tweeted that “Something BIG is coming to blow you away on 30th June, Indian Mi fans”, along with the video that confirms that the Mi Max will indeed launch in India on June 30th. The phablet with a 6.44-inch 1080p display and a huge 4850mAh battery was announced in China last month.
