Alcatel One Touch has launched the One Touch Idol X+ in partnership with Flipkart as it promised earlier this week. It was announced last December and packs a 5-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) IPS display at 440 PPI, powered by a 2 GHz MediaTek MT6592 Octa-Core processor with Mali 450 GPU and runs Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean). India registers 32% decline in tablet shipments for Q1 2014: IDC

Poor user demand has resulted into a sluggish start of the 2014 for the Indian tablet market. As per recent report from IDC, tablet shipments in India dropped by 32.8 per cent for the first quarter of 2014 at 0.78 million units.

LG unveiled the L Series III lineup that includes L40, L70 and L90 at the MWC 2014 back in February. Both the L70 Dual and L90 Dual smartphones went on sale in India recently. Today, the LG L80 Dual (D380) has been listed on the official LG India website, priced at Rs. 17,500 (MRP). Even though the phone was showcased at the MWC earlier this year, press images of the LG L80 Dual surfaced in Russia last month and it went on the official Russian website few weeks back. Flipkart secures $210 million in funding from DST Global and others
