LG L80 Dual gets priced on official India website at Rs. 17500

LG L80 Dual

LG unveiled the L Series III lineup that includes L40, L70 and L90 at the MWC 2014 back in February. Both the L70 Dual and L90 Dual smartphones went on sale in India recently. Today, the LG L80 Dual (D380) has been listed on the official LG India website, priced at Rs. 17,500 (MRP). Even though the phone was showcased at the MWC earlier this year, press images of the LG L80 Dual surfaced in Russia last month and it went on the official Russian website few weeks back.

This also reveals that the smartphone would be powered by a 1.2 GHz dual-core Snapdragon 200 processor with Adreno 302 GPU. It also comes with Dual SIM support with dedicated SIM switch key, similar to other L Series devices and has Knock Code, a new customizable option to unlock the phone with a number of taps.

LG L80 Dual specifications

  • 5-inch (800 x 400 pixels) IPS display
  • 1.2 GHz dual-core Snapdragon 200 processor with Adreno 302 GPU
  • Android 4.4 (KitKat)
  • Dual SIM with dual standby, dedicated SIM switch key
  • 5MP rear camera with LED flash
  • 0.3-megapixel (VGA) front-facing camera
  • 1GB RAM, 4GB Internal memory, expandable memory up to 32GB with microSD
  • 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS

The LG L80 Dual comes in Black and White colors. Since the Rs. 17,500 is only the MRP of the phone, it would go on sale in the coming weeks at a cheaper price tag.
