Micromax unveiled the Canvas 4 A210, the company’s flagship smartphone at an event in Delhi earlier this week. We brought you the first hands-on impressions of the device from the event. Here we have the device for unboxing. It comes in Pristine White & Smoky Grey colors, and we have the White colored phone with us. The phone features a 5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD IPS display with corning gorilla glass protection. It is powered by quad-core MediaTek 6589 chip clocked at 1.2 GHz with PowerVR SGX544 MP2 GPU. It runs on Android 4.2.1 (Jelly Bean).

MTV India and Swipe Telecom has partnered once again to launch the Slash, a 7-inch device in Swipe’s Fablet series. It went on sale yesterday from online retailer Snapdeal. It has a 7-inch (1024 x 600 pixels) capacitive touch screen display, powered by a 1 GHz dual-core processor and runs on Android 4.1.2 (Jelly Bean). It has a 5-megapixel rear camera with LED Flash and a 0.3-megapixel (VGA) front-facing camera. It comes with dual SIM support with dual standby and comes with 3G support. Videocon launched the A55HD with 5-inch HD display few weeks back at a price tag of Rs. 13499. We brought you the unboxing earlier this week, here we have the benchmarks of the device. It is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core MediaTek 6589 processor with PowerVR SGX544 GPU. It comes with a 5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD display at 295 PPI with one-glass solution (OGS) technology and runs on Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean).

LG Optimus L4 II Dual now available in India for Rs. 8990

The LG Optimus L4 II Dual (E445) that got priced on the official LG India website last month is now available in India from online retailers Flipkart and Infibeam. The L4 II dual was announced back in May along with the Optimus L4 II. It has a 3.8-inch (320 x 480 pixels) capacitive touch screen IPS display, powered by a 1 GHz MediaTek MT6575 and runs on Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean). It comes with a 3-megapixel rear camera with LED Flash, dual SIM support with dual standby and a dedicated SIM switch key similar to the other dual SIM L Series II devices. It has a 4.3-inch (960 × 540 pixels) qHD Super AMOLED display, powered by a 1.7 GHz dual-core processor and runs on Android 4.2.2. Jelly Bean with Samsung’s own Nature UX. Vodafone launches Campus Pack with talk time, SMS and Data in Delhi & NCR

Vodafone India has launched Campus Pack, 2 new bonus cards with low calling rates for STD calls. These packs also offer Free SMS, local Vodafone to Vodafone calling minutes, 1GB of Data. The Campus Pack offers two value-for-money deals and is aimed at youth. Vodafone says that they have launched this Campus Pack to reach out to college students this admission season in Delhi and NCR.
