The app lets you navigate through products, search using filters, read reviews, track your order and more. It is not clear when the company plans to launch an app for iPad. Dropbox has finally updated the app for iPhone and iPad that finally brings iOS 7 redesign, option to simply tap on files and photos to toggle full-screen mode. It also has AirDrop support and seamless saving of videos to the device library. It also has some bug fixes and better PDF viewing. Check out the complete changelog that lists all the new features in the latest update. Dropbox for Android got New notifications feed , option to send photos and videos to contacts in the v2.3.11 update earlier this week.

Twitter has updated both the Android (v 5.0) and iPhone (v5.13) apps with new Search Filters that help you quickly find exactly the Tweets and people you’re looking for. Twitter released v5.0 Beta for Android back in September for a closed group that brought new UI, Navigation menu and more, looks like it has dropped the idea to bring the new UI to 5.0 update in the stable version. The stable v5.0 update doesn’t have the new UI or any Navigation menu. Both these apps were updated with in-line image and video previews few weeks back. My Talking Tom now available on iOS, Android and Windows Phone

Talking Tom, the insanely popular app that kids loved, has now got its own “My Talking Tom” app that lets your pet and grow Tom the cat, hence validating the name. The previous versions only involved playing around with the cat which talks back to you in a hilarious voice but now it’s more of a pet simulation like Kinectimals where a kitten grows into your own cat, with lots of customization options to make it personal. The Search app has a  redesigned and simplified homepage, gestures to zoom or throw away images, One touch sign in if you use other Google apps and Improved voiceover accessibility. Only select cards are available globally and the “Ok Google” requires iPhone 4s or later.

Following the freemium model of delivering free games and adding revenue through in-app purchases, Asphalt 8: Airborne will now be more accessible and even more affordable. The game initially went free for a small period over the weekend to push the adoption up a little bit, but in a decisive move, the game is now completely free. Nike+ Move app for the iPhone 5S released, uses the M7 co-processor to track your activities accurately

Apple introduced the Nike+ Move at the September 10 iPhone 5S event, and Nike detailed the app along with the Nike+ FuelBand SE in October. The app was supposed to go live on November 6th, but it is already live. The app measures when, where and how you move and shows the NikeFuel based on your activities. You can later compare your movement with your friends or other Nike+ Move users around you.

mPassport Seva for Android, iPhone and Windows Phone offers Passport related information

The Ministry of External Affairs had launched the mPassport Seva mobile app on Android platform, as a pilot, on 21st March 2013, now it has released the app for iPhone and Windows Phone devices too. The app enables Indian Citizens to access passport-related information on their smartphones including status tracking, locating a Passport Office and other general information. It is executed in Public-Private-Partnership mode with Tata Consultancy Services.
