Motorola RAZR is the first Android Phone to use a microSIM card

When I was expecting the Motorola RAZR to arrive today , I had a question in my mind. Does this phone use a microSIM card. The Motorola DROID RAZR for Verizon uses the smaller SIM card but there was no mention about it in the Europe / Asia product pages. To my surprise when I opened the box earlier today, I noticed that the RAZR had a flap which covered the microSIM card slot and the microSD memory card slot. Motorola RAZR XT910 Unboxing Pics !

Remember the good old Motorola RAZR ? Now the Moto RAZR is back in a sexy new avatar in the form of a incredible Android phone.The Motorola RAZR XT910 was officially launched in India only yesterday and here we have some unboxing pics of this beautiful device and a video is processing as we speak.The device  comes in pretty small square box with a touch of red to it. The RAZR XT910 is the GSM variant of the Motorola DROID RAZR which was launched on Verizon in the US. The device is powered by a 1.2 GHz Dual Core processor and packs 1 GB of RAM. The display is a 4.3 inch Super AMOLED Advanced display. It packs a 8MP camera which is capable of full HD 1080p recording. The handset is incredible thin at just 7.1 mm except in the top. Adobe Flash coming to Android Ice Cream Sandwich before the end of 2011


Adobe Flash would be available for the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich by the end of 2011, according to Pocket-lint who has confirmed it with Adobe. The Samsung Galaxy Nexus that was announced last month with Android 4.0 doesn’t come with Flash player. This would let the Samsung Galaxy Nexus users and other users who receives the Android 4.0 in near future would get full web experience. But the Android 4.0 would be the last version of the Android that would come with Flash support. Samsung Galaxy S2 Ice Cream Sandwich update confirmed


Samsung UK has confirmed the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich update for the Samsung Galaxy S2 on their tweet. The Samsung Galaxy S2 is one of the best selling phones for Samsung with 10 million this September since its launch 6 month ago. The Samsung Galaxy S2 came with Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) out of the box. Samsung Italy listed their eligible devices for the Android 4.0 update recently. Motorola RAZR launched in India at Rs. 33990


Motorola has officially launched the Motorola RAZR in India. The Motorola RAZR is the thinnest smartphone till date with 7.1 mm thickness, which is about 1.5mm slimmer than the previous slimmest smartphone the Samsung Galaxy S2. It it is made with KEVLAR fiber and features 4.3-inch (960 x 540 pixels) Super AMOLED hyper-vibrant display and it is powered by 1.2 GHz dual core processor. Google Music Android Event Live Blog

Google is holding an event in Los Angeles today and is expected to announce something connected to Google Music and Android. We have been hearing rumors that Google has been in talks with various record labels for Google Music which debuted at Google IO earlier this year.(currently in beta and available only in the US). Will Google come up with a answer to iTunes , Spotify ?  We should find out soon. We should definitely expect to  see a complete version of the Google Music App for Android too. . HTC Zeta image and specs surface, 2.5GHz Quad-core CPU and Android 4.0

Image and specs of the new HTC phone codenamed Zeta has surfaced. According to the sources of Engadget, this device would pack in 2.5GHz APQ8064 Qualcomm Snapdragon CPU and would come with Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich). Other specs looks similar to the HTC Edge that is rumored to be HTC’s first quad-core phone that got leaked last week. This phone is said to measure 109.8mm x 60.9mm x 9.8mm and weigh 146g. Sony Tablet S WiFi Version gets Priced in India

Sony India has revealed the price of it’s Android Honeycomb tablet the Tablet S on it’s website. As of now only the 16GB WiFi version seems to be on sale and there is no mention of the 3G version. The Sony Tablet S is already available in select Sony stores across the country. The MRP for this 9.4 inch Android tablet is Rs.29,990 according to the site. The device is powered by a Nvidia Tegra2 1 GHz processor along with 1 GB of RAM. Sony claims you can control your home devices using the Sony Tablet S as a universal remote. Samsung Galaxy Nexus SIM-Free delayed in the UK

Many online retailers in the UK have who were initially all set to ship the Samsung Galaxy Nexus on Nov 17 which is the official launch date for the device in the UK have now post-poned the shipping date. Clove has pushed the shipping date to Nov  23 and Expansys has pushed the date to Dec 1st. Operator 3 UK has warned customers who pre-ordered the device yesterday that their phone won’t be delivered until Nov 22 due to  stock delays.
